Winning
Improving the performance of the team be it the football team, the work team or as a the family individually and collectively by getting better which is often reflected in winning, beating a schedule or gaining more friends, qualifications and or money is hugely rewarding.
For me involving as many people in your team in the process of getting better and sharing the improvement and rewards is hugely rewarding. Discarding, not involving, marginalising cheating and bullying has no place in improving and winning.
