Paul Congratulations to the Haydock lads, it would have been unfair had you not won the play off, over the season you earned the title, most play off's were introduced into Rugby and Football to simply make money. The excepted measure for a league tital is to use goal difference that for some reason is not used and probably due to some logical reasons of past seasons, to be fair to the league officials i also think they were presented with the unusual event of 3 teams tying on points this season and one of those teams only discovered to have tied on points once a play off was declared for the top 2 teams.
