After watching a game on Saturday I was disgusted by the behaviour of Town Green Girls manager. He does not encourage the girls and shouts negative comments consistently. He totally intimidated the poor young referee, who do a thankless job anyway. He actually told him was "a waste" at the end of the game. He apologised after this probably relising that his behaviour was not appropriate. What has happened to an enjoyable game of football for our girls. Yes we all like to win, but surely the taking part is the most important part and encouragment should play an important part in the game!!
