Danny Ball - Xtreme Martial Artist Free Workshop

The Norwich Black Belt Academy is delighted to welcome Xtreme Martial Artist, Danny Ball, to teach a series of free workshops.

The classes will take place at the Black Belt Academy off Magdalen Street, Norwich on Wednesday 14th March from 5pm.

Renowned performance martial artist Danny Ball is travelling down from Doncaster specially to bring his exciting performance and unique style to children and adults in Norfolk. Xtreme Martial Arts combines several martial arts styles with high flying acrobatics, gymnastics and dance with spectacular results.

Kids Self-defence Spring Camp - 2 - 5 April 07.

Colchester Karate Academy is hosting a Spring Camp for children aged 7 - 14 during the Easter Holidays. The camp will run daily from 1 - 3pm on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th of April at St Helena's College, Sheepen Road, Colchester. Costs per child is £35 and includes a FREE Spring Camp T-shirt and certificate at the end of the course. The course will focus on both physical self-defence and mental self-defence with bully buster tactics to give children confidence to deal with today's many dangers in an appropriate and safe way without putting themselves in further danger.
